Offering a “private island experience like no other in the blue waters of Fiji,” COMO Hotels and Resorts is set to open its new luxury residences on Laucala Island on December 15.
Perched upon white sandy beaches and surrounded by lush tropical rainforest, the resort will include 25 standalone residences on the northern shore of the island, each with its own COMO butler to tend to your every need.
Constructed using natural Fijian wood, each spacious residence invites guests into a contemporary South Pacific-style haven. Along with incredible views of the Pacific, each villa comes with its own private pool, daybeds, and indoor and outdoor bathtubs. Nestled throughout the natural landscape, every residence is afforded incredible privacy, adding to the sense of a private island experience.
As for activities, adventure seekers will have no shortage of things to do during their opulent tropical escape. COMO Laucala features a tropical 18-hole golf course, a fleet of jet skis, sailing and game fishing boats, horse riding, mountain biking, and tennis.
For guests in need of a pamper day, the COMO Shambhala Retreat can take care of a long day spent in the private pool or jet skiing. Using the island’s herbs, spices and flowers, the resort’s wellness center provides luxurious Asian-inspired massages and body treatments.
In line with COMO’s farm-to-table philosophy, the resort offers five dining options. Guests can expect fresh produce locally-sourced seafood and organic ingredients as well as stylish tropical-style bars.
COMO Laucala Island is accessed by a 50-minute private air charter from Nadi International Airport. Rates for the residences start from USD$5,600 plus taxes per night, or approximately A$7,845.
