Dumbo is expecting another luxury condominium tower in its skyline with the arrival of Olympia. A total of 76 luxurious residences are now available in the 33 story condominium tower, with prices starting from approximately A$2.3 million.
And it’s not just the indoor swimming pool, fitness center, and bowling alley that have people talking about Olympia. The latest condo complex to hit Dumbo will also feature the city’s highest private outdoor tennis court.
Standing at 75 feet above the air and boasting views of the Brooklyn Bridge, the tennis court is already proving to be a major drawcard for Olympia.
In an interview with the New York Post, Karen Heyman from Sotheby’s International Realty said she has a couple who is buying at Olympia just for the picturesque tennis court.

Located at 30 Front Street, Olympia was designed by Hill West and Workstead and features industrial-inspired interiors and no shortage of amenities for families, including a waterpark and shipwreck-themed playroom.
The name of the complex pays tribute to Dumbo’s former name, Olympia. Sales for the incredible properties at Olympia launched this month.
